GVMC Spring Crib Tournament
The GVMC's Spring Crib Tournament will be held on Sunday Mar. 14, 2010 at the GVMC Clubhouse at #307-192nd St. Surrey B.C. Sign up and coffee will be from 9:00am - 10:00am with the games starting at 10:00am. The event is generally over by 4:00pm. Signup is $15.00 which includes snacks, a meal and cash prizes. All are welcome. You don't have to be a Club member to participate. Just a beginner - come on out and learn - we don't play cut throat crib. Everyone is more than happy to help new players. It's great fun - lots of laughs - and a chance to socialize off the bikes before the riding season begins. Friends and family welcome as well.
As we only have room for a maximum of 32 players please let us know if you are planning on attending by contacting us through the Contact Us on the left so that we can put your name on the list and count noses for food. Be sure to give us a phone number so that we can contact you if there are any changes to the event or if our quota is filled.

Spring Crib Tournament
The GVMC Spring Cribbage Tournament was held March 14, 2010. 30 participants enjoyed a great afternoon of cribbage, camaraderie and snacks followed by a Chinese dinner buffet and presentation of prizes. 1st place cash awards of $40.00 each were won by Sandy Gaudette and Ron Serne. 2nd place prizes of $30.00 were won by Rocky Weinstein and Art Nendza. 3rd place of $20.00 each went to Adrian Meier and John Renstrom. John Pearson and Marsha Davidson had the lowest score honours but everyone attending received a token prize. Two players unfortunately had to miss the event at the last minute due to illness and car trouble but are looking forward to this fall's event.
The next Crib Tournament will be held on Remembrance Day November 11, 2010 at the clubhouse starting at 10:30 AM.
