The Poker Run is a simple combination of a car/motorcycle rally and a poker hand. The entry donation (or ante) for each poker hand is $10.
Participants will register at Fraser Foreshore and pick a map of the route with four stops along the way.
At each stop, they will pick up a card. The route ends where it began, at Foreshore Park, where participants will then have the chance to evaluate their hands and decide whether or not they want to hold, or buy a final card for $5. The highest hand wins $100 and the lowest $50. All other proceeds raised will go to the United Way of the Lower Mainland. |
