Julia's Memorial Ride
Heads up for the Annual Julia Memorial Loop Ride.
Unfortunately, due to my work travel schedule I have to delay it this year by one week. Therefore the ride will be on July 18th as posted.
As well I would like to consider having one extra detour to go visit Bog's site as well. That's why I changed the meeting time to 8 AM
The Route of this ride will be:
8:00am meeting at 232nd Chevron in Langley
Ride leaves at 8:30am sharp.
Hwy 1 to Hope (Chevron for Gas)
Hwy 3 Manning Park
7 km up the hill to the Cascade Lookout
Hwy 3 to Princeton (Chevron for Gas)
Hwy 5 A to Merritt
(Gas up if your range is below 180km)
Lunch at the Coldwater Hotel in Merritt
Hwy 8 to Spences Bridge
NEW CHANGE:
Turn off onto HWY 12 towards Lillooet to visit Bog's spot (approx 15 km from HWY 1)
Return to:
Hwy 1 to Lytton (Esso for Gas)
Visit Julia's site 5 km before Hope on Hwy 1
Hope for Gas
Depending on Time and Traffic return via Hwy 1 or Hwy 7
After the ride everyone will be invited to a BBQ at my House in Langley.
Pressure Washer will be out to wash the bugs off.
